The Walala Greasy Spoon was a collaboration between London based designer, Camille Walala and East London chef Kate de Syllas.

Camille’s Memphis designs transformed the Dalston caf into a Walaland experience for one night only on the 5th of May as part of the Land of King’s festival.

Kate’s food was inspired by Camille’s sense of fun and positivity to update the traditional greasy spoon menu with unexpected flavours and the best ingredients.

Up and coming baker, Robert Agren, provided the carbs and Camille’s interior was backed up with playlists from local DJ’s. Walala Greasy Spoon was supported by East Londonbased ethical wine supplier, Sfuso.

The unique colourful foodie experience left customers with a big Walala smile on their faces.
